Limited Warranty: SeaSense warrants the designated products to be free of manufacture defects in material and workmanship, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth.

Conditions: The warranty is void and inapplicable if the product has been used or handled other than in  accordance with the instructions in the owner’s manual, abused, or misused, damaged by accident or neglect or in being transported, or the defect is due to the product being repaired or tampered with by anyone other than SeaSense. The product must be packed and returned to SeaSense by the customer at his or her sole expense. SeaSense will pay return freight of its choice. Expenses involved in the removal, transportation or re-installation of the product is NOT covered by the warranty. A RETURNED PRODUCT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF THE DEFECT AND A PHOTOCOPY OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT. This receipt must clearly list model number, the date of purchase, the name and address of purchaser and authorized dealer and the price paid by the purchaser. SeaSense reserves the right to modify the design of any product without obligation to purchasers of previously manufactured products and to change the price or specifications of any product without notice or obligation to any person. This warranty gives specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.

Limited To Original Purchaser: This warranty is for the sole benefit of the original purchaser of the covered product and shall not be transferred to a subsequent purchaser of the product.

Returns: A return authorization must be obtained for all returns for tracking purposes. Please call 800.282.8725 for all return questions. 

Product Improvements: SeaSense reserves the right to make alterations to the items in our catalog and/or website when deemed necessary. We are continually modifying our product mix to provide our customers with the most innovative quality marine products in the industry. 

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: We encourage the end user of SeaSense products to contact us directly. The feedback that we receive has proven to be invaluable over the years for evolving and improving products and packaging. If our products do not perform or enhance the boating experience, we will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer.

Due to current economic uncertainty, SeaSense reserves the right to adjust pricing and apply shipping and handling charges as necessary. We reserve the right to correct published errors.
